Refund policy

All Esotorium guides are digital products, delivered instantly as downloadable PDFs.

Because they are downloaded immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

If something's wrong: We want you to love your guide. If your download didn't work, you received the wrong file, or anything isn't right, email us at hello@esotorium.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — including re-sending your file or resolving the issue.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital item and that the right to a refund does not apply once the download becomes available.
