This Privacy Policy explains how Esotorium ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit esotorium.com or make a purchase.

What we collect. When you buy or contact us we collect your name, email address and payment information, plus basic technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) via cookies and analytics.

How we use it. To process your order and deliver your digital files, send order and account emails, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.

Sharing. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store (payment processors, email and hosting providers). We never sell your personal data.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to marketing, by emailing hello@esotorium.com.
