What this is, and what it isn't. Your report is calculated from your birth details using published astronomical and numerological methods, and the calculations are checked against independent reference software. The written interpretation is a reading: a way to think about yourself, not a statement of fact about your life or your future. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and nothing in it predicts events. If you are dealing with a health, money or legal problem, talk to someone qualified to help with it.
The Compatibility Report reads the aspects between your two charts and where each of your planets lands in the other's houses: how the two of you meet. The Composite Chart averages your two charts into one new chart and reads that chart on its own: what the relationship is, as a thing in its own right. Same two birth charts, two different techniques, and both are built from the details you enter once.

What you need to enter
- Both names, both dates of birth, both times of birth if you know them, and both places of birth, chosen from a list.
- One email address, entered twice: both PDFs go to the same place.
Both reports need exactly the same details, so you fill the form in once. If either of you doesn't know a birth time, you still get both reports: in the Compatibility Report the house section becomes one-directional or is skipped, and in the Composite Chart the composite houses are skipped entirely, because a composite cusp needs both of your cusps to average. The aspects in both reports stay complete. Send us the missing time within 30 days of purchase and we rebuild both reports free of charge.
How we calculate
Both reports start from the same two birth charts: planet positions from the astronomy-engine ephemeris, checked against Swiss Ephemeris (largest difference 0.34 arcminutes over 2,000 test moments, 1920-2030), tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, and each person’s own historical time zone.
Compatibility: we compare the two charts directly — the angle between every pair of planets across the two of you, and where each person’s planets fall in the other’s houses.
Composite: we average the two charts by midpoints — each composite planet halfway between the same planet in your two charts, each composite house cusp halfway between your two cusps — and read the aspects inside the chart that results. The midpoint method, not Davison.
In both reports, the text is assembled by our software from a library of interpretations written for Esotorium and matched to what your charts actually contain.
How we calculate, in detailDelivery
Both PDFs arrive by email within 24 hours of payment; most orders arrive much sooner. Each comes with a download link that works for 7 days. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@esotorium.com. We reply within 24 hours.
If something goes wrong, you get your money back
The same terms apply to both reports: a full refund within 14 days of your order if we got the calculation wrong, the reports were late, either person's details were entered incorrectly, or a file is damaged and we cannot fix it.
If only one report in the set has a calculation error, we first rebuild it with the correction, free of charge. If you would still rather have your money back, we refund that report's share of the $39: $23.56 for the Compatibility Report or $15.44 for the Composite Chart.

Frequently asked questions
Do the two reports say the same thing?
No. The Compatibility Report compares your two charts against each other: the aspects between your planets, and where each of you falls in the other's houses. The Composite Chart averages your two charts into one new chart and reads that chart on its own. Same two birth charts, two different techniques, two different sets of pages.
Do we fill in the form twice?
No. Both reports need exactly the same details — two names, two birth dates, two birth times if you know them, two birthplaces and one email — so one form covers both.
Do they arrive together?
Both are sent to the same email, as two separate PDFs, within 24 hours of payment; most orders arrive much sooner.
One of us doesn't know a birth time. Is the set still worth it?
You still get both reports, and the aspects in both stay complete. In the Compatibility Report, the section on whose planets land in whose houses becomes one-directional or is skipped. In the Composite Chart, the composite houses are skipped entirely, because a composite house cusp needs both of your cusps to average. Send us the missing time within 30 days of purchase and we rebuild both reports for free.
Is there a score, or a verdict on us?
No, in either report. Neither one tells you whether you should be together, and neither one puts a number on you. They describe what your charts contain and leave the conclusions to the two of you.
Can we buy the set as a gift?
Yes, for the other couple's own personal use. Enter both of their names and birth details and your own email. Both PDFs come to you, and you can forward them or print them. Please ask them before sharing their birth details with us. The reports may not be resold, published or passed on beyond the couple they were made for.
Is our birth data safe?
We use it only to calculate and deliver your reports, do not sell or share it, and delete it 12 months after your order, or sooner if either of you asks. Details are in our Privacy page.
Can we get a refund for one of the two?
If one report in the set has a calculation error, we first rebuild that report with the correction, free of charge. If you would still rather have your money back, we refund that report's share of the $39 price, in proportion to the separate prices: $23.56 for the Compatibility Report or $15.44 for the Composite Chart. Write to hello@esotorium.com within 14 days of your order with your order number and tell us which report.
