What this is, and what it isn't. Your report is calculated from your birth details using published astronomical and numerological methods, and the calculations are checked against independent reference software. The written interpretation is a reading: a way to think about yourself, not a statement of fact about your life or your future. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and nothing in it predicts events. If you are dealing with a health, money or legal problem, talk to someone qualified to help with it.
A report built from your two actual charts, not a generic "compatibility type." It compares the aspects between your Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars and Saturn across the two of you, and shows where each of your planets lands in the other's houses of identity, home, romance, partnership, intimacy and shared goals. It also compares your elements and modes as a topic worth noticing, not a diagnosis. Every section is built from the two charts you actually enter, so two different couples get two different reports.

Page counts vary depending on how many aspects and house placements your two actual charts contain, and on whether both of your birth times are known — see below.
What you need to enter
- The first person's name, as you want it on the cover.
- The first person's date of birth, and their time of birth if known (or tick "I don't know their birth time").
- The first person's place of birth, chosen from a list so we get the right coordinates and time zone.
- The second person's name, date of birth, time of birth (or "I don't know"), and place of birth — the same four details, independently of the first person's.
- One email address, entered twice: the two of you share a single order and a single PDF.
If either of you doesn't know your birth time, we can still build your report. Without a birth time we cannot check where that person's planets land in their partner's houses, so that section is shorter or skipped, and the rest of the report — the aspects between your two charts, and your elements — stays complete. Find the missing time within 30 days of purchase and we rebuild your report free of charge.
How we calculate
Each of your two charts is calculated the same way as our Natal Blueprint: planet positions from the astronomy-engine ephemeris, checked against Swiss Ephemeris at 2,000 moments between 1920 and 2030 (largest difference 0.34 arcminutes), tropical zodiac, Placidus houses, and your own historical time zone set from your birthplace and date. We then compare the two charts directly: the angle between every pair of planets across the two of you, and where each person’s planets fall in the other’s houses.
The text is assembled by our software from a library of interpretations written for Esotorium, one for each aspect and house placement between the two of you, matched to what your two charts actually contain.
How we calculate, in detailDelivery
Your report arrives as a PDF by email within 24 hours of payment; most reports arrive much sooner. The email contains a download link that works for 7 days. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@esotorium.com. We reply within 24 hours.
If something goes wrong, you get your money back
We refund in full if you write to us within 14 days of your order and:
- the calculation in your report does not match either of your birth details;
- your report did not arrive within 24 hours;
- you entered either person's birth details incorrectly (we rebuild the report once for free, or refund you if you prefer);
- the file is damaged and we cannot fix it.
We do not refund because you disagree with the interpretation, or because it does not tell you whether to stay together: that is not what this report does.

This report is for you if
- you want a specific, real reading of your two actual charts, not a single compatibility number;
- you and your partner both know your birth details, or are ready to look for them;
- you like reading something slowly together and coming back to it;
- you want language for a conversation you are already having, in some other way;
- you are looking for a gift for a couple who is curious about astrology.
It is not for you if
- you want a compatibility score, or a verdict on whether you should stay together, marry or break up: this report does not give one, on purpose;
- you want predictions of specific events, dates or outcomes;
- you are looking for advice on health, money, legal matters or a relationship decision;

Frequently asked questions
One (or both) of us doesn't know our birth time. Can we still order?
Yes. Tick "I don't know my birth time" for whichever of you it applies to; each person's time is independent. Without a birth time we cannot check where that person's planets land in their partner's houses, so that part of the report is shorter or one-directional, and the rest — the aspects between your two charts, and your elements — stays complete. Find the missing time within 30 days of purchase and we rebuild your report for free.
Is this a compatibility score?
No, on purpose. A single percentage or score can't tell you anything real about two specific people; it's exactly the kind of shortcut that makes cheap templated reports feel hollow. Instead we compare your two actual charts placement by placement and describe where the aspects flow easily and where they ask for more attention, so you get specific language about the two of you instead of one number.
Can we buy this as a gift?
Yes. You can buy a report for another couple, for their own personal use. Enter both of their names and birth details, and your own email address. The report comes to you, and you can forward the PDF to them or print it; both names are printed on the cover. Please ask them before sharing their birth details with us. Reports may not be resold, published or passed on beyond the couple they were made for.
How is this different from two separate Natal Blueprints?
A Natal Blueprint reads one person's chart on its own. This report reads the aspects between your two charts and where each of your planets lands in the other's houses — the connections, not two separate summaries. If you also want each of your individual charts explained in full, a Natal Blueprint for each of you covers that.
What format is the report?
A PDF of about 26 pages, US Letter size, when both of your birth times are known (shorter if one or both are unknown; see above). It opens on a phone, tablet or computer, and the text is set large enough to read on a phone without zooming. You can also print it.
When will we get it?
Within 24 hours of payment, by email; most reports arrive much sooner. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and write to hello@esotorium.com.
Is our birth data safe?
We use your birth details only to calculate and deliver your report. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers or use them to target ads. We delete them 12 months after your order, or sooner if either of you asks. Payment is handled by Shopify's checkout. Details are in our Privacy page.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, if we got the calculation wrong, the report was late, either person's details were entered incorrectly, or the file will not open and we cannot fix it. Write to hello@esotorium.com within 14 days of your order. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
