All Esotorium guides are digital products, delivered instantly as downloadable PDFs.

Because they are downloaded immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

If something's wrong

We want you to love your guide. If your download didn't work, you received the wrong file, or anything isn't right, email us at hello@esotorium.com within 14 days and we'll make it right — including re-sending your file or resolving the issue.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital item and that the right to a refund does not apply once the download becomes available.
