Refund Policy

Every report we sell is calculated and written for one person, from the birth details that person gives us at checkout. It is a personalized digital product, prepared after the order is placed and delivered by email within 24 hours.

Before you buy, you confirm at checkout that you want us to start preparing your report immediately, and that once it has been delivered the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. This is standard for personalized digital products and it is why we ask you to tick the box.

We refund in full in any of these cases, if you write to us within 14 days of your order:

  1. We got the calculation wrong. If the positions, houses, aspects or matrix values in your report do not match your birth details, tell us. We will correct and re-send the report, and refund you in full if you prefer that.
  2. We did not deliver on time. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours of payment, and it is not sitting in your spam folder, you get a full refund.
  3. You entered your birth details incorrectly. Write to us with the correct details. We will rebuild the report once, free of charge. If you would rather have your money back, we refund you in full.
  4. The file is damaged or will not open. We re-send it. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

Bundles. If one report in a bundle has a calculation error, we first rebuild that report with the correction, free of charge. If you would still rather have your money back, we refund that report's share of the bundle price, in proportion to the separate prices: $19.53 for the Natal Blueprint and $15.47 for the Destiny Matrix Reading, out of $35. The other cases above apply to the bundle as a whole in the same way as to a single report.

If you add your birth time later, we rebuild your report free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Reports ordered without a birth time are shorter and do not include houses or your Rising sign, and we say so before you buy.

We do not refund simply because you disagree with the interpretation. The calculation is mathematical and we will show you exactly how any number in your report was produced; the written interpretation is a reading, not a fact about your life, and different astrologers read the same chart differently.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@esotorium.com with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank, usually within five to ten business days.

If you bought through Etsy, use the Etsy message system instead, so the platform keeps a record.
