How to read this month

A lunar month is about 29.5 days, so it never lines up with a calendar month. Positions are computed with astronomy-engine, the same engine behind our birth chart calculator, checked against Swiss Ephemeris to within a fraction of an arc minute. The new and full moon moments were verified against AstroPixels (Fred Espenak, NASA/GSFC) and agree to better than two minutes.
